Sunset Condominiums. Fantastic intercoastal views from the dock and incredible sunsets over the Great Channel and Wetlands from the shared dock. Good sized kitchen, living room and dining area with semi private front deck overlooking Sunset Drive. Off street parking for one car. Great central location, 3 blocks to the beach and one block to central downtown. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and en suite master bathroom, second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full), and third bedroom has a full murphy bed. Hallway bathroom has tub/shower combination. Stacked washer and dryer is also in the unit for added convenience.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Stone Harbor Tennis Center - 96th St. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Long weekend

Great place for the family and with kids! We went for an extended weekend. I do think the place was great, books for kids, some games, user friendly technology. I had 2 kids in pack and plays which made things tight but it was overall a great time and if I’m in stone harbor again it would be my go to spot

Stone Harbor wedding weekend

We stayed in this 3 BR condo for my nephew’s wedding at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor. The location was perfect for all the weekend events and the condo the perfect size for our group of 5. It’s well-done and has every amenity you could need. Very easy to work with the owner! Great experience!

Ladies beach weekend

This cute and cozy condo was perfect for our group. It was super clean and we really liked that sheets, towels, and household amenities were included. It’s also very conveniently located near shops, bars and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond and extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Not happy with location

The condo was nice. Not in the area I wanted. I booked another one with the same owner prior to agreeing to this one. After I booked the first one next to the beach she notified me a couple weeks later it wasn’t available. I don’t know what the rules are on Vrbo I was not extremely happy but took the one she offered at a lower rate. So I was really not happy with the location. I should have told her to return money and I would have looked for another place to stay near the beach.

Great stay in Stone Harbor

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation, beach tags and even a very handy wagon for transporting all of our stuff to the beach. The proximity to the restaurants and the main street was perfect, such an easy walk. The linen service provided was such a nice perk. It meant I didn't need to pack sheets and bath towels. All in all we had a great trip. We loved the mini air fryer!

The property was beautiful and the location was prime!

Jennifer was very accommodating and the condo was perfect. The property is conveniently located close to downtown Stone Harbor and the view of the bay in the back is incredible. The cost for the weekend was very reasonable and my stay was fantastic! I would definitely recommend renting this property to others.
