Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid credit card in their name and a government-issued ID. The guest is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the resort, including, but not limited to, telephone fees, extra housekeeping services, and any other costs associated with resort activities or facilities.
Please note that certain resort destinations may charge additional fees, such as a daily villa occupancy tax, environmental fee, energy surcharge, parking fee, or other miscellaneous charges. For specific amounts or details on which resorts charge these fees, please check with your Vacation Ownership Management representative. It is important to inquire about any fees before submitting a Reservation Request, as once the request is confirmed, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
Vacation Ownership Management acts solely as an intermediary for vacation rentals. Any concerns related to resort amenities, services, or property issues are the sole responsibility of the resort and must be handled directly with them. This includes disruptions such as construction, unavailability of amenities, or other service-related issues. These situations are between the guest and the resort and do not entitle the guest to any contractual modifications.
Vacation Ownership Management and the Owner/Rentor disclaim all liability for any loss of property, injury, accident, delays, or other inconveniences resulting from this reservation or related circumstances. Additionally, guests are responsible for their rental villa during the stay and assume responsibility for any damages or incidental charges that may arise.
Any changes or disruptions to amenities, decor, renovations, or services—whether disclosed before, during, or after the reservation—is a matter to be resolved directly between the guest and the resort, and not considered deceptive advertising, breach of contract, or the responsibility of Vacation Ownership Management.
Additionally, please be aware that the images are representative of the villa type, but they do not guarantee a specific view. If you wish to secure a particular view, it must be addressed directly with the rental agent. Guests acknowledge that the allocation of villas within the resort is entirely at the discretion of the developer or resort management. While Vacation Ownership Management may confirm a specific villa type or view as per the reservation agreement, the resort retains the right to assign an alternative villa of the same size within the resort if circumstances such as technical issues arise. The resort’s view designation only differentiates between locations within the resort and does not guarantee a particular view, such as Ocean front. Guests are encouraged to clarify any questions about the view category before the Reservation Request is confirmed, as changes cannot be made once accepted.
Guests agree to abide by the resort's rules and regulations, and any pet restrictions imposed by the resort. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by their actions or negligence, including damage caused by household members or visitors.
Subleasing or transferring the rental unit or this agreement to another party is not allowed without prior written consent from Vacation Ownership Management.
Both the Owner/Rentor and the Guest/Rentee agree that any electronic submissions related to this agreement will be considered legally equivalent to original paper documents.
