"They claimed NOT to have the booking for which I had prepaid. I had to pay again on the spot or have nowhere to stay. The breakfast wasn't ready and the service so poor that the next day we skipped it completely. The TV didn't work. Overall I will never book this venue again."

"Terrible experience. The map is completely wrong we were mislead and even when the manager agreed to give us our money back because of our negative experience in the end he lied. Dont waste your money"
