Unreliable and always late. I still end up waiting for 30 minutes and took the taxi instead. Not worth wasting your time on traffic and waiting for the bus.

The staff at the galleria are great. Shame about the bus timetable though. Our bus was due to arrive 4 minutes before the hour but due to traffic (I would suggest that its always busy in Kuta) we missed our connection by 4 minutes. The next bus was 2 hours later, so I had to spend 150k Rupiah on a taxi. I think it would be a better service if your buses either connected or ran more frequently. We had a three day pass but only used it once due to this timetable issue as it was likely to be a persistent issue and therefore more costly in taxis. I wouldn't recommend it to be honest.
