The general hotel was lovely but the rooms need updating. Breakfast wasn’t great. Everything felt and tasted stale. Property location was ok. Not much around. And hard for families with young babies and pushchairs to go round the city. Crazy traffic. But staff are so lovely but wish they spoke more English. Swimming pool is small.

This is a very central hotel in Cairo. I find it more of a business hotel than a leisure hotel but very adequate. The rooms are a small but well equipped

Amazing staff

This is a very comfortable, relaxed hotel to stay in. What stands out is the staff. One of.the best customer service experiences I have had. Not a 5 star hotel but the staff are 7 stars
