One night about 1:30 am someone knocked on my room door and startled me. I called the front desk for them to look on the cameras and let me know what their findings was? The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive.

I didn't get to occupy the room because the person at the front desk on Nov 8th between 3pm possibly 5pm told me my 50$ security deposit didn't go through. Then I showed him it did on my checking then proceeded to still lie to me an tell me he didn't see it on his computer. Now today the transaction is processed on my account an no longer pending. I'm requesting a refund due to not even being able to get my room key. Being lied an told my 50$ didn't go through an wasting money on a hotel I didn't get a key for is frustrating. I wouldn't trust this hotel.
