Great central area for any need you may have, like shopping and dining. Freeway entrance very close. The hotel was quiet and clean. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stay again.

The problem with this reservation was not bzymont. It was all expedia. You aree careful to make it impossible to get on and and or impossible to cancel. I wanted to move it back one day. I ended up trying for over an hour and your web page is a circuitous nightmare. No "cancel res) you obviously collect a lot of fees, fraudulently. from frustrated travelers. Despite showing my Expedia confirmation of reservation, they didn't have my reservation and had no rooms available. Was told by the desk clerk there wasn't a reservation and there was nothing she could do about it! They had NO rooms available! After finding another room at another hotel, my credit card was charged by Baymont for the room I never received!
