From the moment we checked in, we (party of 6 longtime friends) felt welcomed and were special. Rooms were awesome and clean. Nick the bartender was great with us also! We ate breakfast during the 2 day stay and our waitress was THE best. I am sorry I can't remember her name, but I remember her smile and personality.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The bed was too high for seniors like my husband and I. There was a night table on only one side of the bed, which was inconvenient for the person sleeping on the other side of the bed.

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary during a recent cold snap and I would highly recommend Grand Hotel to Everyone who is looking for a modern hotel option in Cape May including indoor pool and onsite restaurant fabulous food very nice in case of unexpected inclement weather, ramps & elevators for those w any difficulty walking. Multiple room layout choices too Staff was friendly and helpful cannot say enough of How Excellent This Hotel is. Thank you Grand Hotel Cape May for a Fantastic Stay

Very nice room! We went in the off season so very quiet. Not much interaction with staff after check in but it was a very easy process. Lots of parking. Gorgeous view of the ocean! Very easy to walk to main restaurant/shopping area. A few cute coffee shops within a 15 minute walk as well. Only negative was the bed was a little stiff but I’ve had worse! Definitely would stay again.
