This hotel is even better than its pictures- rare these days! It sits in the coziest village and is truly a serene experience. The King bedroom and bathroom was large and included a clawfoot tub. Would dream to return!

The beds were good, room spacious, but we had people above us and we were bothered both nights. We called the first night and it got quieter, but second night, it was just people walking and chatting until late. It was really the lack of sound isolation, we didn’t sleep well. The food and service (except for the receptionist and bar tender the first night July 31st) were not up to standards. However, the hotel is located in a quiet area, easy to walk around the slaughters and experience the Costwolds.

This place was lovely. The staff was friendly, our room was spacious, and it was in a prime location to explore the cotswolds. We loved being next to fields and the small river as well.
