Clean rooms, safe property, standard breakfast with options, valet available and very quick. But no parking available on first day for some reason and we were not informed by the staff prior to arrival even though parking was booked with room. Thermostat in one of the rooms was not working, which couldn't be fixed and we had to keep switching off the unit every few hrs to mantain ambient temperature.

The reviews left for the hotel were terrible I am glad that didn't let them effect my decision to stay. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff was amazing! My son enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and I liked the coffee and snacks for purchase. We saw a couple of rats outside in the plant area. I hear there is a problem in Chicago. You can also find some parking around the area if needed. The $30 off for valet for VIP members was worth it.

Our stay was phenomenal. I initially was concerned about potential "bad service" based on the previous reviews. That was not the experience we had. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful, start to finish. The room was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The provided body lotions and soaps were quality and had a clean citrusy scent. The breakfast has plenty of options. We never waited longer than 2 minutes for an elevator. The location is perfectly peaceful. We will absolutely be back.

I love you Sonesta

Awesome stay, very comfortable and friendly staff. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to most sites in the city to include the River Walk. Lots of amenities, wifi, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, AC, it was like being home. The space was clean.

Nice rooms for the price! Very spacious. Only complaint was that the shower door doesn’t seal so it leaks all over the bathroom floor every time we shower and there’s nowhere for it to drain. Included breakfast was better than other hotels we’ve stayed at for similar pricing

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room and amenities were nice, the only problem for me was that the bathroom floor was dirty with a lot of hair everywhere. Otherwise everything was ok, breakfast was pretty good.
