Really good property located close to many different places in the area to visit. Staff were friendly, had a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise and has made us consider booking such room possibly next summer as a larger friendship group. Only thing I would say is need new pillows the ones in the room were hard like cardboard not very relaxing to sleep on and the rooms aren’t overly soundproof could hear upstairs above us walking around during the night, and not sure if our room was by a generator, or we had the boiler by us for the local rooms or not as there was loud noises at random times during night that sounded like a system re-setting or re-filling. But overall good property, lovely location would come again

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staffs at the reception and the cleaning lady were courteous and helpful. I am giving 4🌟 because the bathroom in one of the rooms wouldn't flush properly and there was no toothbrush/paste in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly the room view of the golf course itself was good. Right on the T off. The down side was the breakfast. Very disappointing and ended up going down into chipping Norton to go to bakery.

There is no thermostat or climate control in the room, so the heating can only be on or off. If on it will be baking if off it is cold. Room is good size, towels fluffy and clean. I would have liked to see some amenities like cotton buds/cotton pads/shower cap etc. Breakfast is very average, horrible sausages, No real coffee choice, just simple filter coffee. Would have liked a latte or cappuccino.

Facilities were good. Only issue was the noise in the corridor at night and early morning. Maybe some "quiet please" signs may address the inconsideration of noisy people. Overall a nice place to stay.

Shocking that they call it a hotel and spa … it has no spa. Golf course if you can call it that was beyond bad… looked like they have stuck flags in a ploughed field and charge you £35 a round to play it! No room service - shocking breakfast. What a waste of money!
