This was our second time in Chamonix It’s a beautiful hotel and casino The only one thing I would recommend is to have a hot tub please in the spa

This hotel is advertising as high end experience. We foud that service and accomodations are not on par with that level. We arrived early for check in and was turned away. When we finally git text to check in we arrived on floor to go to room and hallway was completely blocked by housekeeping carts. We were staying for 3 days yet we were given only one towel each. No where to store snacks or drinks we broght but the had an overoriced mini bar and fridge with items we had no interest in. Bo microwave or fridge to store leftovers or heat them should we desire to. Hard to spend money and have desire to keep leftovers to reheat and no way to do this.

Nice hotel, quiet rooms and comfortable. No refrigerator for anything. Snacks and drinks for a charge. Be careful if you try to use the refrigerator and move any of the items inside you will be charged even if you put them back!

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was there was no small refrigerator or regular coffee maker in the room. If wished have there was a up charge. Also we had to ask for housekeeping to come every day.
