HOT and tired

I walked into a room 82 F in Dallas during June. The hotel is warm generally. There were space heaters in some areas… in Dallas in June. Cockroaches. They were contained, but if in one place, they are in others. The smoke alarm starting squawking for a new battery at 2am

Our flight got diverted for an hour before we could go to back to where our layover was. We did t arrive until 2am and then had to turn around and leave at 6 to catch another flight to our final destination. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to our needs, regardless of the time

Expectations vs reality

The WiFi was terrible the first two days of my stay.. the garden/ outdoor pool area was so much dirtier than what is shown in the pictures. The complimentary breakfast is alright; there’s no bacon/sausage on display (you’d have to specifically request for it). The amenities were nice, but overall I’d give it a 6/10.
