Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
It wasn't terrible but wasn't good.. Our toilet didn't work for most of the stay, my husband had to keep flushing it manually. The floors were dirty when we first got into the room and there was a pill that my father in law found right under the couch, while he was playing on the floor with my toddler... Clearly the couch doesn't get moved to be cleaned under (which it should) and the cushions, those were gross underneath as well.
Lastly our room was unfortunately underneath people that were having a domestic dispute one night and that went on from 1:30am-4:30am.. so we did not sleep since it was so loud we thought someone was breaking into our room when it first started happening. It was hysterical crying and screaming for hours...my husband went up to the front desk at 3am to complain about it and all they did was call up to the room and tell them that they had "another noise complaint" at this point they should've been kicked out or moved to another room (I think they were kicked out that morning??) I did not feel safe that night at all, I wanted to check out the next day but my husband said he would check with the front desk to see if those people were gone before we did that. Also the back door keypad didn't work half the time either, so we basically had to pull the door hard to get it to open. We usually stay at clarion pointe but wanted more room for our toddler to run around but we won't be making that mistake again
