We love staying here when visiting Fredericksburg! The staff is friendly, the patrons are always very nice, and we love the pool/courtyard area! Rooms are spacious and have always been quiet! We have tried other hotels/inns in the same area but We always compare it to here and it always comes back to it being our favorite!

PROS: Walking distance to the Main Street shops/restaurants Nice pool Large room CONS: Bed in our room #101 was broken/uneven Interior rooms are outdated (not as nice as outside) Asked for room to be cleaned on day 2, but they only delivered fresh towels (didn't make bed or clean up) SUMMARY: We've stayed at 2 other hotels on same street (Baron's Creek and Peach Tree) and this one is our least favorite of the 3. I would definitely pick another hotel if you have a choice.

This place had its highs and lows, definitely not worth $335/night. Outdoor area, pool and hot tub and tables around fireplace were excellent. Nicely designed and very clean and both grown up and family friendly. Room felt very outdated, was clean but lots of scuffs on the walls and the furniture felt very old. Pullout couch was completely broken and unusable as a bed. Barndoor style doors don’t give real privacy in the bathroom. Not enough towels and towels and linens are motel quality All in all… it’s a ok motel… but you’re paying entirely for location, it isn’t a $300+ per night experience.
