Hallways and carpets were outdated and stained, wallpaper and paint peeled and stained. Tub fittings loose and caulk broken. Tiles dirty and loose. Overall very outdated and poorly kept facility.

The thoughtfulness and the willingness of the staff was exceptional and notable and made staying at this hotel a great pleasure. Whoever is responsible for choosing them and/or training them deserves a lot of compliments. The location was quite good as far as walking to the areas I wanted to be in. I would stay there again

It's a clean, well-run hotel with very reasonable rates. The desk staff are nice — I requested a quiet room and they gave me the quietest one in the building. There's a pool and a gym, and you can take a lovely walk on the rail trail right next door.

Keys wouldnt open door on the first time. Had to swipe it like 20 times to open the door. Front desk reswiped the keys and still did not work. Maintance guy couldnt even open the door. Was supposed to fix it and that never happened. Good thing we are only spending the night and leaving early next morning.
