An older hotel that is extremely convenient for medium length layovers. I was able to get an earlier check-in for my 14-hour layover before my midnight departure. I LOVE in-airport hotels. There was a nice coffee/bistro in the comfortable lobby; convenient while I waited for the room. You can "trolley" your luggage right to the front desk, and the bellman put my luggage back on it when I left. Room was clean, updated, comfortable, dark and quiet. Would definitely recommend! If only they had a pool ...

This is a great choice if arriving late into CGK or if you have an early flight the next morning. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Signage from Departures/Arrivals is not great and it took a while of going back and forth to find the hotel as the signs say Bandara Hotel rather than Anara Hotel! The hotel was also able to storage baggage between my flights out and back to Jakarta at a very reasonable cost. Very small point, and quite amusing as I look back on it. On all three nights that I stayed (individual nights over a two week period), the Hotel said they had run out/sold out of wine! This is a large international hotel!

Hotel is run down. Had mold all over my shower. Hotel's free breakfast not good and had a lot of food sitting around for hours at room temperature, including meats. I asked the front desk for a bucket of ice and they told me to go get it myself from the restaurant....

We were fortunate to stay here!

Briant, of the front desk staff, was especially kind and accommodating to us even though I had made a mistake about the departure time. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Incredible variety of delicious food, friendly staff, cheerful decor, and plenty of good coffee gave us energy for the long day ahead. Quiet, comfortable room was exactly what we needed. Our fears of noise from the jets were unfounded.

早朝便の為前日からの宿泊でした。良く書かれているのが入口がわかりにくいという事でしたが出発ロビーで車降りたら中に入って左へ！エレベーターかエスカレーターでワンフロア下へそのままパーキングの方へ渡り廊下渡ってパーキング入口を入らず右へ！すぐわかりました！初めてで不安でしたが大丈夫でした！腹減ったらターミナルでメシも食えるしチェックインにも余裕で間に合うし、あの名物渋滞も気にする事無く安心でした！
