The hotel has some wonderful qualities. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I also really enjoyed the view overlooking the old city, which made the stay feel special. The property overall was quiet and relaxing, and the public areas were inviting and well-maintained. That said, there were some drawbacks. The room itself was very small, and the bathroom design offered little privacy, with the added issue of water leaking from the shower. The AC system wasn’t functioning properly—despite being only 10°C outside, the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the gym was extremely limited, with just three cardio machines available. Overall, while I appreciated the staff, service, and atmosphere, some improvements to the rooms and amenities would make the experience much more comfortable.

Magnifique hôtel au centre-ville de Lyon, au bord ou presque du Rhône, près du pont Lafayette. Petit déjeuner incluant aliments chauds et froids. Personnel très gentil. Stationnement sur rue ou public ridiculement cher (plus de 50 euros par jour) mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel.
