Advertised as sleeps3, king bed, no pull out sofa, had to pay additional roll away bed. Room only slept 2. Desk suggested we sleep 3 adults in bed! Had to ask for towels for extra towels for 3.would not move us to another room.

The alarm went off twice in a 6 hour period. The first time the fire department did not show up, the second time they came by but it was too hard to go back to sleep. The place smelled bad, old cigarette smell mixed with bleach. We had two adjoining rooms only one room was cleaned, the bed in the other room wasn’t made nor was the trash taken out. The used towels in the bathroom were removed but none were replaced. Very disappointed. For $669, do better!
