Nice hotel, convenient location

The hotel was nice we enjoyed our stay, maybe 4.5 stars. The furnishings are modern and functional. The street noise, especially police sirens, was noticeable in the early morning hours. The service and amenities were okay but not 5 star. The ground floor had intermittent staffing and utilizing the 11th floor check in desk wasnt convenient. Super easy to access the subway from the hotel elevator, which is great for rainy days. We didnt try the breakfast. There were mostly english speaking visitors staying in the hotel.

Excellent location. Right above Namba station and down the block from Dotonbori strip. Lots to do in the area. Hotel is very clean and very nice. Has a beautiful skytop bar with great cocktails. Room was spacious and updated as well. Only downside was the Air conditioning wasnt the greatest. Otherwise a great place!

First off the property was very cool looking. Especially at night! It was close to multiple subway stations, restaurants and shops. All of which made daily travel simple and convenient. Speaking of convenient, there is also a Family Mart combini connected to the lobby, open 7-2300. The hotel had very friendly staff who spoke English which was super helpful when we utilized the luggage shipping service. Highly recommended if traveling between multiple cities. Overall a great experience and we would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel has its own entrance directly from the train station. No walking onto the sidewalk is needed. It is very convenient and has a Family Mart (convenience store like a 7 Eleven) at the lower level. If you want to take a quick train to Kyoto, the train station entrance is right there attached at the lower level. The buffet breakfast was excellent with made to order omelets, eggs, shrimp tempura, breads, meats, & lots of different kinds of pastries, mochi, doughnuts, and other desserts. It is only a couple blocks from the massive shopping district which stretches for 1 mile long, canal and Dotonburi (Glico Man sign). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel. Stayed with the 2 kids. All staff were really friendly. Room and hotel feel very new and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Take the elevator to the basement and you walk into the subway which is very handy. Short walk to the Namba shops. Family mart underneath the hotel. Dining options everywhere. I'd highly recommend.

Booked online from Canada. We had one night in Osaka after a 14 day Asian Cruise. It looked like it was close to the Dotonbori Area that we wanted to visit and we needed to get to KIX-Osaka Airport and it seemed like a convenient location to the direct Rapid train line.
