I thought it was a great place when we walked in. They only charged $50 deposit which was great and they accepted my chime credit card which was awesomeness! Other hotels wont take that card. But..... They carged me $35 parking fee to park in this far away garage, not connected to the hotel and didnt say a word about that huge parking fee until check out. Then when she told me she wasn't giving my deposit back because of the parking fee iwas shocked and all she said was "the information is listed on the website". I didn't book from their website and had no warning about this. That money they charged my card was my gas money to get home. So i was stranded and they could care less. Not cool!

The hotel was nice for a one night stay. Room was clean and quiet, there’s wear and tear in some places. The restaurant service and food was great and the breakfast options were good as well. The staff is probably the best part of the hotel. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The room was good and the staff was great. The food in the restaurant was okay. My burger was dry but it was kind of expected in a lobby restaurant. The area was great and we might come back just to stay here and wander the downtown area. I would highly recommend this spot if you want a hotel that feels high end with reasonable prices.

Everything was amazing, only thing I would like to be added when booking is that you need to pay for parking at the hotel if not you’re stuck parking down the street which is a huge inconvenience when vacationing at a hotel.
