Tämä koti on nykyaikainen, täysin ilmastoitu loma-asunto Manuel Antoniossa korkealla vuorenrinteellä. Huvilassa on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa parisänky ja 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta. Päärakennuksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joista valtava mestari ja yksi vieraskasitassa, jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. Casitassa on myös kahden hengen makuuhuone, parveke merinäköalalla.

Siellä on 3 kerrosta, jotka muodostavat tämän huvilan pääkerroksen. Ensimmäisestä kerroksesta löydät täysin varustetun keittiön ja olohuoneen, jossa on kylpyhuone. Keittiössä on graniitti työtasot ja modernit laitteet käsintehdyillä mukautetuilla kaapilla. Tämän loma-asunnon olohuoneessa on sisäänrakennettu viihdekeskus, jossa on suuri ruutu, älytelevisio, jossa on äänipalkki. Seuraavassa kerroksessa on ruokasali, ja alemmassa on pelihuone, jossa biljardipöytä ja foosball-pöytä, ja se avautuu parvekkeelle edessä.

Huvilassa on oma uima-allas, jossa on runsaasti kannetta tilaa trooppisen auringon ottamiseen, ruokailuun ulkona ja grillaukseen. Huvila alapuolella on katettu pysäköintialue kahdelle ajoneuvolle. Tämä loma-asunto on luontoystävän unelma, josta on upeat näkymät paikalliselle eksoottiselle villieläimelle ja upeille auringonlaskuille.

Huvila on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä pienestä supermarketista ja paikallisesti omistamasta soodasta, jossa on herkullisia tyypillisiä ruokia. Vain vähän kauempana on Manuel Antonion läpi kulkeva päätie, josta pääsee bussimatkalle Queposiin tai rannalle.

We had a very enjoyable three night stay at this villa. The hosts were very attentive, and the villa has a great layout. The daily maid service is a good to have. The views are awesome, and the daily visits by a troop of capuchin monkeys was fun.

This was a wonderful stay in Costa Rica. The villa was in a great location and had plenty of room for our group of 5. The pool was a big hit with the teens. Hope we can return soon.

A beautiful villa. Modern inside and well stocked with everything needed for a short, medium or long stay. Outside the views are spectacular and it is well situated - close enough to Manuel Antonio to walk to town but far enough away to feel secluded. Sidney (Host) was attentive and was in regular contact to ensure we had everything we needed and to help out with arranging activities, trips or just giving some general advice. A special shout out to the maid who kept everything super clean and even washed our clothes! Would highly recommend.

Friends trip to Costa Rico

8 friends from Minnesota traveled to costa Rico and stayed in Manuel Antonio. This VRBO was in a great location. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. Our host Carlis was very accommodating from start to finish. He answers all our questions prior to our stay and during our stay. He organized all our tours. Highly recommend this vrbo for your trip to Manuel Anotinio

Stunning home and location

We couldn't have stayed in a better home than this one. The pool and gaming area were perfect for entertaining the family. The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. The location allowed us to walk to get groceries or go out to a restaurant. Carlos, the host, was wonderful. He responded quickly and took care of all of our needs. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. The house was exactly as pictured. The staff of Escape Villas was very helpful and made our stay a true vacation. Carlos, our contact before arrival was patient to answer all our questions promptly and assist with advance bookings. Andre, our concierge while staying there, was cheerful and available for any advice or reservations we needed. We experienced a minor maintenance issue and he was quick to respond immediately. Fabiola provided daily housekeeping and laundry services. She was fabulous! The view from Casa del Sol was breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets over the ocean each evening. Our favorite part about the house was probably how much wildlife we got to see just from the pool deck. Monkeys regularly visited the trees around the house, beautiful birds could be spotted daily from the balconies, and many butterflies and interesting insects could be seen around the house. The location also felt very safe and it was a convenient 5-minute walk to the grocery store up the street if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next trip to Costa Rica!

Perfect spot between Manuel Antonio and Quepos

Amazing home. Perfect for a large family, couples, or multiple families. A lot to do within 5 minutes. Pool and pool table were such a huge benefit for the days you feel like hanging out. Escape Villas management (Carlos) was A and so were the maids. Absolutely would return with family or group of friends.Convenience store, restaurant, and zip line park are 2 blocks away…but you feel secluded in a nice little safe neighborhood.

Large villa

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Sidney was there for any questions and requests we had. He truly is a super host and our group of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. The only problem was getting our 11 passenger van in and out of the driveway. Would recommend something smaller, but there again, Sidney helped with everyone’s bags and we were grateful for his assistance. Navriola (sic?), our maid, kept the house spotless and did our laundry, even when we forgot to place it in the laundry receptacles. We were so pleased with her attention to detail. We will not forget our incredible stay any time soon.

The perfect vacation rental

We LOVED our stay at Casa del Sol! The house could not have been more perfect! We were excited to book because the pictures of the property were so gorgeous and then, when we arrived, we agreed that the pictures did not do justice to the beauty of the house OR the view. Our family met up with my sister-in-laws family for the Holidays. There was plenty of room for all of us and every room was beautiful and comfortable. Greg, our concierge, made sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful, start to finish. Thank you for letting us spend time in this outstanding home!

Great place for a big group.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa del Sol. The property was amazing and the driveway was as described. Very steep. There were some confusion with taxis not understanding our location-but we don’t speak Spanish to describe. The activities were fun but there was some confusion on how deposits work, transportation to each event and the chef services. However, the chef services were amazing and we would highly recommend.

Casa Del Sol was amazing

Amazing house with a more amazing view. Check-in was super easy. David the manager was amazing also. If you need something sent David a message and it will be done. We needed him for an emergency that had nothing to do with the house and he answered and helped right away. The interior of the house was amazing. He even set up for a private chef to come in and cook "which I highly recommend". Lots of wildlife around the house, monkeys, macaws, toucans etc. I would highly recommend renting Casa Del Sol if you are in Manueal Antonio.

Stunning Views and the Comforts of Home!

The accommodations at Casa del Sol were beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay there so much. The views from every window are breathtaking. Every excursion that Jeff arranged for us was planned down to the last detail. The Chef served us appetizers poolside before setting a gorgeous table for us to enjoy a spectacular meal together. The massage I received was one of the best I have had. All of our tour guides were very knowledgeable about the local community and the native plants and vegetation. We went horseback riding and were welcomed by our guides with a beautiful lunch they had prepared for us. All of the tour guides spoke English well and tailored our excursions to deliver the best possible experience. I would highly recommend this property and the town of Manuel Antonio

Beautiful Home and Area!

Home was exactly as described and pictured in listing. We were extremely happy and over the top with our stay there! Beds were very comfortable and all of us slept like we were at our own home. We ate out every night, but if we did have to cook, the kitchen had everything you needed, including an outdoor bbq. The swimming pool was amazing and refreshing, especially because it was the hottest it has ever been for us this time in Costa Rica. Which brings me to the air conditioning in the house...it worked so well and the home stayed very cool. Our host, Carlos, was very helpful and had an amazing personality! He showed us around the house and asked if we needed help with reservations for activities, etc. We would definitely stay here again! 10 stars!

Gorgeous Views from Every Room in the Villa

We loved our stay at Casa del Sol. There is always the chance when booking on line that the pictures do not fairly represent the property. This was definitely not the case here. The villa was gorgeous! We spent many an afternoon/early evening around the pool watching the sun set over the beautiful ocean view. Jeff made the trip so easy, handling all our excursions, recommending restaurants and calling to check on us to make sure our trip was going well and to see if he could do anything for us. The chef he arranged on our first evening was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed watching two species of monkeys and a pair of toucans that visit the villa daily. We highly recommend Casa del Sol!

Perfect vacation house

Casa de Sol was the perfect house for our multi-generation family trip ( 7 adults, 2 children 3,5) The house is set up so everyone has privacy yet wonderful group spaces, with breathtaking balcony views. The pool area was our favorite hangout. Escape Villas team was amazing. Flaviola came daily and kept the house clean and sparkling as well as our used towels and laundry washed. Carlos our host was key to making this busy vacation week effortless thanks to answering multitudes of texts, arranging transportation, excursions, and dealing with one minor water issue at the house. He always responded immediately to questions and always with a smile. Our chef, Juan and his assistant David made dinner 2 nights for us including a special birthday dinner for our granddaughter and their meals were exquisite and they couldn't be nicer. Gary and I had multiple phone conversations and emails prior to the trip which were extremely helpful. The excursion companies that were recommended were all well run and always on time. Couldn't have been any better.

A Perfect House with Stunning Views

We had an incredible stay at this vacation villa and highly recommend it! The house was perfect for our group of six, with the four bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds and private bathrooms. There was plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together under one roof. The guest house was great for additional space. The kitchen and pantry were well-stocked, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The small tool kit, bug spray, and first aid kit in the pantry were added bonuses. The private pool and pool deck were one of our favorite places to hang out — relaxing and surrounded by nature. We saw more monkeys and birds here than anywhere else on our trip! The views from the pool and balconies were absolutely incredible. We also enjoyed the game room with the pool table. The location was great, with a grocery store and restaurants just down the road. Carlos, the host, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Gary, the concierge, was fantastic in helping us plan tours and activities. He also arranged for Chef Esteban to cook us dinner on the evening we arrived. It was one of the best meals we had on our trip. Highly recommend this. This place exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. A truly amazing experience!
