Staff and location was amazing. Only issues was the room wasn’t very clean. Hair in the upstairs master walk shower , sheets in master weren’t changed because there was makeup on the sheets still. That didn’t change the amazing time we had. Thank you for having us.

The mattresses are too firm and painful need more padding or mattress toppers Need a larger frying pan to make any meals only 2 smallish ones there, with nasty Teflon with lots of scratches, could get some better ceramic ones, set of 3 from “Costco” for only $20-$30 bucks…I wish I had brought my own from home but otherwise we made out ok, I’m just crabby from lack of sleep & pain from bad mattresses

Would we stay again...not so sure..AC was broken

Canyon Rim at Eagle Crest is not Eagle Crest...apparently there are 3 different groups who own this area which makes it confusing and all the staff are slightly confused by it as well. Check-in was behind a partition at the sports center. When arriving at the condo we reserved, the door was open with 2 service folks inside working on the AC unit and garbage was on the porch. We arrived well after the designated check-in time. The unit was 80% clean..lots of crumbs on the floor of kitchen and bathroom had hair clumps in the corner. What primarily upset me was the AC was broken and the upstairs was stifling - we asked for a repair. The folks could not figure out how to repair, although the repair folks tried their best. Canyon Rim never offered a different condo and temperatures upstairs in the condo were high 90's...difficult to sleep. It seems Canyon Rim is aware of the issues when we found several fans in the closet. The unit should not be rented if the AC is not working in the middle of summer. My family has traveled enough to have many different flavors of accommodations. The next suggestion would be a check-out list. Since the condo does have a kitchen, instructions on garbage would be helpful or how to use the TV. Would we stay again...not so sure...Good for the price, maybe..Is the location pretty, yes.
