The history was amazing, the room had a beautiful view but was quiet. The staff were amazing and so helpful with any requests we made. We were thrilled with the hotel, the bar and the restaurant. Absolutely loved it as it is within walking distance of everything!!

The gentleman who lit our fireplace every single night that was over-the-top fabulous. The rooms were old Santa Fe, which was kind of fun. Everything was pretty good for us. One thing is the bathroom is needing updating. I do it over though. Staff was fantastic. Close to downtown. Convenient great parking.

Great location that’s walkable to just about everywhere but needs a refresh. Never seen a thermostat as old as the one in our room and the fan was super loud, bathtub dripped all night and the pillows were not comfy at all. Staff was amazing though and they lit us a fire each evening that was lovely. Would definitely stay there again if they do a little bit of a renovation.

I loved the hotel and every night we would get a fire built in our fireplace. The smell of pinion wood is my favorite. Walking around the corner to the historic Santa Fe plaza.

It's a wonderful property. Parking is easy and secure. Check in is easy , close to Plaza , shops , galleries and restaurants . Rooms are interesting , you are met with stairs that take you up to your room , but allow you to have a balcony to look below . If you struggle with luggage and bags , you might want to ask for a ground floor room . Body products ( i.e face soap , shampoo , body soap etc) felt high end. Opted out of housekeeping so they provided me with backup towels and coffee for my stay. Could call and ask for anything else needed. I really like the Chimayo and will return again.
