A must do place to stay in Jeju

Wow is the only word to describe this hotel. From the moment you enter it, everything is wonderful and its smells amazing. It was so good, that it made it hard to leave the hotel to explore the island of Jeju. The bakery and pool were the winners for us.

The hotel is beautiful, and the beachfront view is absolutely stunning. However, I was disappointed that, despite being a Gold member on Expedia and staying at a VIP Access property, I didn’t receive any rewards or perks. I expected more recognition for loyalty, especially from a hotel listed as VIP.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The hotel was amazing. The views from my room were beautiful. I had a partial ocean view with a what looked like a bird sanctuary on the other side. It was a magical experience. It is right on the ocean with beach access. I cannot wait to come back and visit Jeju and this hotel again!

Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs If you're considering staying here, don't. This hotel has the audacity to turn off the air conditioning every single night from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM — on purpose. Not for maintenance. Not due to a malfunction. Intentionally. It’s impossible to sleep when you're sweating through your sheets in a stuffy, humid room. When I asked the front desk, they gave a half-baked excuse and shrugged it off like it was totally normal. Spoiler: it’s not. Consider as a5 star hotel that charges $400 to $600 a night, this kind of cost-cutting, guest-disrespecting behavior is outrageous. I've stayed in budget motels that treated their guests better. Comfort and rest are the bare minimum in hospitality — and they couldn’t even manage that. Never again. I highly recommend finding somewhere else that actually values its guests and doesn’t sabotage their sleep.

Amazing place to stay in Jeju. Came to Jeju to climb the volcano and this hotel was perfect place to stay. The spa after a long climb was really welcome. Definitely a no brainer

I absolutely loved my stay at Parnas Hotel! The property, the amenities, the location were absolutely perfect and the staff was so helpful, kind, and accommodating! I especially want to thank concierge Ethan who went above and beyond to help me secure a rental car when I was having trouble on my own doing so. I can't wait to return to Jeju Island and to Parnas Hotel!

The property provides incredible views of the ocean and nice to walk around the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby area restaurants are modern looking and clean. The hotel could do a better job with the outside of the property. You can see the rust marks from balcony running down the walls outside, rust in the metal shutter dividers that separate the balcony of one room and the other. The path that goes from the property to the beach has a lot of garbage on the sides.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful & has a private walkway by the ocean to the beach! The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was good. All the staff is helpful & friendly, and the experience feels hospitable. Highly recommend!
