I have a bed experience with this Motel. Before I arrived to the hotel, I send the request for Expedia VIP upgrade,was not any answer. this motel is partially under construction. No front desk, not any personal customer service. Check in only by internet, not other alternative option. Office was closed, not any phone # information where i could call for help for check in or in case of emergency situation. If I stay in this property I would feel not safe. I head a problem with internet connection, and I was not able to do check-in and access to the room. Expedia customer service representative also could not have any help from the property by phone. I head to go to the different hotel.
Now i have a problem to receive the my money back for this booking. In my opinion this property should not be
a VIP access hotel and should be nat sale on Expedia.
I do not recommend this motel.
