This property has all the basics one will need, and they do the basics well. Bed, kitchenette, bathroom and TV. This is what i would consider a no frills option, perfect for people who have business in the area, and will.not be spending much time at the hotel. The model here seems to be as luttle contact with staff as possible, which suits me fine, but not alot of opportunities for service. All in all, ide say this is a very good hotel for short term stays if you are traveling alone, and just need a place to crash. If you are on vacation with the family, this hotel has no amenities that will keep children entertained. For me: excellent

Room was clean and updated. The bathroom sink was so small that you need to wash your face in the kitchen sink or risk flooding the floor. The mini split above our head in the bed made the walls vibrate with a deep hum. Facilities came on night one and noticed construction crews left things on the unit outside. Seemed fixed and we were super appreciative! Happened again on night two. Didn’t bother calling because we were exhausted and just shut it off/slept hot. Maybe it was related to the work they are doing. All in all, it wasn’t awful and they were prompt in responding to the concern.

It’s hard to really express how appreciative we are for our last night in Vermont. We had been in a very serious automobile accident on our way back to the airport to go home on that day. After our accident we missed our flight and really hadn’t planned on another night in Vermont. Your hotel was able to coordinate a room on the fly as we were being discharged from the hospital. You came through when we needed it the most. Thank you. We will be coming back and staying with you because of how you cared for us

It was clean and well provisioned with a kitchen and utensils. With a handy Laundry. Would stay again. Only downside was the Big Brother checkin with uploading ID and a personal photo.

All you need in a renovated space

A handy, affordable, convenient little place to stay two minutes from the airport. We had a very early flight so we stayed here one night, but the room had a fully-equipped kitchenette. So you can comfortably stay longer. Newly renovated and clean. Everything you need, thoughtfully designed. The ONLY problem was the bathroom sink was so small, and the medicine cabinet above it stuck out so far, that you can't get your face over the sink to wash it! Water went everywhere. I would suggest that the medicine cabinets be removed and replaced with a mirror, and some shelves put up in the bathroom instead to hold necessities. I'd stay there again.

Sweet and clean place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed this sweet little place. I loved the kitchenette that allowed me to warm leftovers and make my own breakfast. It's small but clean and well designed. The only thing to note is that we did not receive our contactless entry code until the last minute, which made us a little uneasy, but it all worked out in the end! I do really recommend!

This was a great place to stay if you need a night right before flying out of Burlington airport. Or if you fly in at 11pm and just need a night to recover from travel. Room was great and clean. Great communication from the on-site manager. I would recommend this place if you need a quick stay. There is not much around the area. But your about 15min drive to downtown Burlington.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. The entry key pad system was very clear and easy, as was check out. It is a smallish room but has been updated in many attractive and thoughtful ways. The location was very close (not walkable but drivable) to U of Vermont campus and the Burlington water front area. We also visited the beautiful area to the northeast around Stowe and Waterbury. Good value for the price. It suited us very well

A road trip through Vermont

An affordable option in a very expensive area. Well equipped studios that are fine for an overnight stay. The registration process is a little convoluted, but works ok. There are lots of restaurant options nearby and a particularly nice diner down the road for breakfast and a wonderful blueberry preserve!
