The buffet breakfast was sub par and WAY overpriced for what you got. For what we paid a complimentary coffee would have been good but they would not allow. The hotel location was not great either. We have to Uber and train more that 20 minutes to get to activities. Staff was ok. Had NO idea how to make a drink....

Great hotel! For those driving to the Christmas markets this hotel is next to tram stop/ parking lot which is 3 stops away from the markets. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and clean, and the staff were very nice. However, the shower had a poor design — the door was very inconvenient, and after taking a shower you practically had to mop the entire bathroom floor. Kudos to the designer and the inspector.

We stayed 6 years ago here at the hotel and loved everything about it. From the staff to the room, cleanliness and how convenient it is to get to the city center.
