Rooms were outdated, carpet smelled like wet dog. Housekeeping either didn't come or didn't do all the regular service items. I was told at check out that my stay was too short (4 nights) to warrant full housekeeping. The view was great though.

It was nice that they had a keurig in the room. The coffee was good. I like the soap in the bathroom. Now for the negative. The lady that checked us in sent us to the wrong building where we searched for a room that wasn't there. The elevator and hallways were very hot and not air conditioned. The room was billed as an ocean view room with a beautiful view of the ocean from the room. That was not the case. You had to go to the left side of the balcony and look to the right to see a peak of the ocean. The balcony door was so incredibly difficult to open and shut. The location is not good at all. It is at the very end of the boardwalk. You had to walk very far to get to anything. There was also an issue with the outlets in the room. My C pap machine would not work in their outlets. I've been to hotels throughout North America and Asia and have never had an issue with the C pap machine not working in the outlets. The voltage of the outlets were very low. This was confirmed by the engineer that was sent to our room to investigate. The solution that was given was to insert the plug half way into the outlet. When discussing the issues with the front desk we felt like we were blown off and given excuses about everything.

Our room was absolutely disgusting broken items. Water damage dry rotting actual chocolate/poo on the walls in the bathroom all the glass and mirrors filthy. This was the dirtiest room we’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Random people working out outside our patio staring into our room made it very uncomfortable. The check in never explained anything. The parking cost $10 a day they took the normal free breakfast holiday in offers and charged for it and it was disgusting. The whale restaurant was also disgusting. Nothing redeemable not even the drinks. The pools were very nice the beach was amazing 711 across the street saved us because nothing is really around on the north end of the beach also not the boardwalk vibe I’m used to. Beach was lovely but we won’t be back.

Great location but the property is run down and housekeeping is really inconsistent. The hot tub is filthy and when my son leaned against the side, scummy sludge came off on his shirt. Comfortable beds. Tiny, slow elevator that shuts even when someone is standing in the way of the doors.

This hotel has everything you need for a vacation at the beach. The indoor pool during the week wasn't very crowded at all and the hot tub was definitely nice to have. The other outdoor pools are awesome, especially the one with the slides. This hotel is right on the beach and you can walk to a lot of things on the boardwalk. The only bad part is one of their elevators is very slow but the other one is not too bad. Some things were a little outdated but all in all it was an amazing place to be for a few days!
