When I booked the room I booked 2 rooms. I asked if we could have joined rooms but because of the rooms I reserved they couldn't and that was understandable. They did give me 2 rooms but I had a choice we could be on separate floors or on the same floor at different ends of the hotel. The obvious choice was the same floor. When we got in the room the backside on the inside of the bathroom door had white stuff on it, it could have been conditioner but still. I didn't like the set up in the bathroom. Normally you get samples of shampoo/conditioner and body soap, not here, there are 3 pumps glued on the shelf in the tub. They look like they screw off to be refilled but I'm not sure, I refused to touch them it seemed unsanitary. The continental breakfast was extremely small: waffles, toast, cereal, and of course apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. For someone who has a gulten intolerance, there were no options to eat. The customer service at check in was mid-standoffish. I wasn't told anything about what time breakfast was, where the pool was, snacks, laundry nothing, just pointed towards the hallway and said one room was one way and the other room was the other way. At check out the lady was nice at check out and friendly. I wish I could have given more stars, but it really wasn't a good experience. I tried to upload pictures but something is wrong with the link and it wouldnt let me.

Our room was very clean, loved the vinyl floors vs carpet… so much cleaner. Bed was so comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft! Bathroom was clean , the area was quiet. The breakfast was small but fresh and flavorful. It’s a great bang for your buck

Clean for a quick stay

We've stayed there twice now while visiting family. Everything was fine. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. However it is a little high for short people. Only complaint is people smoking outside the glass door on the end. Their smoke comes into your room if you are close to that end and you come back to your room.

My only complaint is i have noticed when I book a room via Expedia i always get room 105, the bed in this room is extremely uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on concrete . I have stayed here not booked via Expedia and the bed is way more comfortable, not sure why

Comfortable room; great management

The room was comfortable for our two night stay. Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our room, we noticed there were some cleanliness issues. I called the front desk and a manager immediately came up and corrected issues we had, and he was very kind and apologetic. Though we had those couple issues, the way it was quickly handled, we'll definitely stay here again if the need arises.
