Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The toilet was very small and low. The room was a bit worn in that there were chips in the furniture like the bathroom sink area, desk, etc. the hallways and elevator looked old and bit dirty looking. It wasnt really dirty but it just looked like everything was heavily used and worn. It is a decent place to stay I would stay here again. The parking situation i wasnt really expecting, you have to pay $4 for up to 3 hours or less. $11 for >3 hours- 24 hours. So going in and out a lot could add up. The garage is safe and there is ample space.

My recent stay at the DoubleTree hotel was disappointing. The room was outdated and didn't match the description. Cleanliness was a major issue - the comforter was dirty, and after multiple requests, they offered a mattress topper as a solution. The air conditioning was also noisy and couldn't be adjusted. While the hotel's signature cookie smell was great, the overall experience fell short. The bar service was unfriendly, and the hotel's age showed. With some upgrades and attention to detail, this hotel could be great. Unfortunately, I might consider another option next time I visit.

We booked a second room for a relative and the hotel had NO RECORD for the booking (although my credit card was charged $243.35). We are requesting a refund for that amount. We booked two double beds but received only one double. The electronic key to our room did not work and had to be repaired by staff.

Property is in need of updating. My room was fine, but the common areas showed many signs of wear. Breakfast buffet cost $15 per person and was exactly equivalent to complimentary breakfast at other chains. My room was next to the elevator and I could hear it rumbling up and down.
