This hotel truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were beyond amazing: friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Catalina island. If I’m ever in catalina island area again, I will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. Also very pet friendly!

On the last day at 5:30 in the morning there was a load buzzing or siren that went off in the room twice so loud that it nearly gave me and my girlfriend a heart attack and when I brought it up to the staff they gave me a oh sorry well look into it and that was it until check out time no one has came to room to investigate other than that the stay was exceptional

Overall great experience! The staff, breakfast, quiet vibes, comfortable bed, and location were the highlight for me. Our bathroom was really small to maneuver and the shower head was installed at chest level. Fridge was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep ,toilet clogged, TV didn't work when we got there, sliding door wouldn't lock without some creative tweaking. Other than that, a great stay! Highly recommend eating in the cafe, so delicious! bathroom

Heater was broken and TV too, we asked to have this fixed or a different room and they were full. We had to ask twice for someone to fix the TV and heater, we ended up fixing the tv ourselves and dealt with a faulty heater all night, being cold and waking up because we were cold.
