The room wasnt cleaned properly.there was hair in thhe shower and the bed and snot in the bed.i did not dtay the night and went to another hotel.when i dropped off the key that same night they did not care the room was dirty at all and did not try to make anything right.i do not recommend staying here

Good for the price

Good place for a great price. Good hot water and pressure except low shower head. The bed frame had a metal, flexible covering that sounded like thunder every time we bumped it. But we would definitely stay again! Close to walk to breweries. Great Cuban restaurant across the street.

If you get a hot tub room, they put a $200 hold on your card. When they inspect your room while you are standing there they refund. However they will not immediately refund your money they say it takes a week!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous for them to take your money immediately and then not refund it immediately.

I LOVE the Dunes Motel!!

I love this hotel. Their winter rates are hard to beat for the quality of the rooms. It’s my favorite hotel to stay at in Bend.
