Comfortable stay whilst visiting Bicester Village. Free parking but electric charging is payable, Hotel is well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable we had the luxury large room. Most staff were professional and thoughtful but the room was let down by looking tired and the bed was two singles zipped together. Not as booked and we kept sinking into the join. Hotel facilities and breakfast were good. The staff were friendly. The golf course surroundings and outdoor courtyards were nice. Good restaurant and bar, the pool was good. The rooms were slightly dated although a generous size. The bed was very soft which made the join very noticeable and distracting.
