It was a good place to stay. The breakfast was good and the pool area was nice. In the laundry room there was one dryer that was out of service along with the ice machine on the ninth floor. Our shower head had consistent drip every five to fifteen minutes that sounded like a musical piece when it would drip and hit the metal on the bathtub. Other than that it was clean and the staff was very friendly

Close to some great places to visit. The family enjoyed time in the pool and hot tub. The pull out sofa-bed made it convenient for us to sleep 4 comfortably. The elevator was a little finicky to control.

Very close to Soldier Field

We were there for a concert and we flew on the day off, we were very tired but Jason was so professional and kind for letting us check in early. We told him but we walk can around and come back if we can’t so that was a life safer. We were able to rest before the concert. The next day, we went down and ask if we could do a late checkout and Jason was gracious enough to extend our stay for an hour. I’m sure it’s case to case basis. I highly commend Jason for his gracious hospitality though the Front Office manager was outright disrespectful in front of me, the staff and other guests. Not acceptable!

Fun family trip

Really loved the suite. Fantastic views and location. Mini kitchen very handy. Bathroom and linens could have been cleaner. Didn’t use the breakfast, closed too early on weekdays (9am). Valet was pricey, staff friendly.

Stay for the location, not the free breakfast!

The hotel is shared with the Hilton Downtown. You only have access to specific floors. You have to take your room key with you everywhere because you digital key doesn't work on the elevator. Parking is $70 extra a night. You can park right across the street in public parking for $40 a night. Air conditioning in the hallways and elevators don't work. It was extremely hot outside and then walking into a warm building wasn't great. The breakfast was subpar and you had to have a key to get into the breakfast area. The location is a great. The rooms were spacious and I loved that they have a kitchenette with full size fridge. Walking distance to the aquarium, Field museum and the stadium. A nice beach not too far away either. Grant Park is also beautiful. You can get divy bikes and ride to the fountains, Navy Pier, Millennium Park for the Bean. Lots of restaurants to eat at close as well. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean!

Dirty hotel! Very hot rooms! air conditioning did not work. Room booked for three people came with ONE bath towel and when we asked for more SEVERAL times they kept saying they would send some up then never did. Pool area is dirty and overrun with guests from two different hotels.
