Villa with direct access to the sea and private swimming-pool of 10 x 5 m. From the house, terraces and pool you can enjoy impressive views of the sea and the coast in the direction of Benidorm and Alicante. The plot is flat and the chalet is on one floor.

We have a 10 x 5m pool and large terrace areas. Between the house and the pool there is a pergola with table and chairs and another dining area on the porch, both with sea views. Inside the house we find a living-dining room with an American kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air - conditioning. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided. 2 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay.
Price for heating pump for the swimming-pool in the winter saison per week 220,- € (temperature approx. 28º C)

Direct sea access 20 m, sandy beach 400 m, Restaurant 400 m, tram station 500 m (Venta La Nuza), Supermarket 3 km, El Campello 9 km, Benidorm 17 km, Alicante 22 km, Alicante airport 35 km.

The villa was as described and although the bathrooms are a little dated they were fully useable. Communication with the host was first class . If you want peace and quiet with a front line sea view this is the place
