A little disappointed that there was no breakfast. I just assumed that there would be one. The room was ok. Stains on the furniture. Most of the electrical outlets and the tv didn’t wort and when I tried to call the front desk nobody answered. It turns out that there was a reset button behind a garbage can to press to fix that. Weird.

This room included a microwave oven, refrigerator, stovetop, dishes and dishwasher. Everything was clean. I had a quiet night dispite a kids hockey team staying there at the same time. The front desk and cleaning staff were professional and went above to help make my stay convenient.

This is our second time with issues with this hotel. We gave it a second shot because of the location. I live in the same city and wanted to have a girls staycation with a hot tub to enjoy. I called 3 hours before checking in and they confirmed the hot tub was in operation. It was as not when we checked in. We ended up paying the up charge of $100 (all other rooms with no hot tub/pool are $100 in the area) this was almost $200. When we checked in, they said sorry not in commission and no refund option considering we live in the area and just wanted it for a girls hot tub relaxation night. The front desk agent was not helpful. Such a waist of money.
