The hallways smelled really bad. Like diesel. I was there 3 days and never once was my room turned over with new towels etc. It just seemed not taken care of. There was garbage in the hallways. What happened to customer service?

The Best La Quinta I have stayed in.

I'm typically not a fan of LaQuinta, but our team booked this one for a hockey tournament. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really solid free breakfast. Well maintained exercise room with machines that worked. Great pool and hot tub. Room was big and comfy. Two light bulbs were out, but that is no big deal. Great location. Plenty of parking. I would absolutely stay there again.

Front dsk employees were very friendly both the day shifts and evening shifts. Unfortunately, the overnight employee lacked th ability to interact with loud customers. Staff that swears at customers sould not be in a position that requires customer interaction. Breakfast staff worked hard to keep the food fresh and stocked. It’s also hard to accept that we need to partially beg for new towels and no cleaning service even after requested. We stayed 3 nights.

Good place to stay !

It was very clean and everyone was very nice! I just picked a bad weekend for a quiet time because they had a group of kids with a tournament going on that weekend! Breakfast was very good just didn’t have enough with all kids!

When arriving the door to the room was open already, not pulled shut, the door did not shut on its own you had to pull to latch. There was a piece missing in the air system so there was a strobing blue and green light in the room constantly. There was mold growing in the pool area where the floor met the wall and in the corners of the spa. The workout room was under renovations and was not able to be used, there was no notice of this before checking in. Overall if it wasn't for the late arrival and not having many options available at the last minute we would not have continued our stay here.
