For the affordable price this hotel was not too bad, but the waterslide looks as though it's been out of service for quite a while, and there was no waterfall/spray play equipment in the shallow part of the pool as shown in the photos, and the spa/hot tub was not working either. So that was quite disappointing given that we booked this place based on pictures of the pool as it looked fun for our toddlers. The pool temperature was also very cold so with the lack of water slide or play area and no hot tub to to warm up my kids did not spend much time in the pool which was a pretty big bummer for our kids. The rooms were fine they were what you'd expect for a 3 star hotel and the breakfast as pretty good! But the pool was really not as advertised at all so that impacted our whole holiday - the pictures should be updated to at least reflect the lack of water/spray play area and a note about the waterslide would have been appreciated.

Had to wait 10 minutes for my room to be cleaned despite in being 4:45pm! Hot tub was out of order, pool was freezing, slide was unusable, ice machine didn’t work, garbage on the floor in my room and blood on the sheet when we pulled back the blankets! Over all horrible hotel

Not great. Recommend other hotels in the area.

The staff was not very friendly. We couldn’t get our room key to work and after three trips to the front desk (we were on the 3rd floor) they sent someone up. 20 minutes later a maintenance man (very friendly and kind) couldn’t get the door open. He called the front desk to get a new room for us. The pool was cold and dirty. None of the filters were running, hot tub was shut down, and all the kids water features weren’t working. The hotel in general needs some tlc. Our room was clean though and the beds were decent. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel free breakfast so no complaints there. I would not stay at this hotel over some of the other options in the same price range.

Hotels should be required to have updates photos. The slide is no longer operational in the pool area. The hot tub is shut down. There is a gross film on the pool bottom in the shallow area, and the table are all rusted out. I made my kids get out of the water because it looked contaminated. The wall paper is peeling off in hallways. Just very run down and false advertising for amenities.
