Room selected through Expedia was not available. They said it was a first come, first serve basis. Stated we reserved a room, but not the type of room. That was not true, I made a reservation a month ago and selected a specific type of room for my family situation. I also did pre-check in, and they said that wasn't something they even do. What was the point of that then? Also, slide did not work in the pool. Hot tub was also down. TV in room did not work. Did not have sheets for pull out sofa. I asked for extra towels as part of check-in, but that was obviously not relayed to them. Overall, just a very poor experience all around. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again. Makes me question if I want to stay at any Wyndham hotel ever again.

outlet was damaged/had a piece of something sticking out of it making it unsafe and heater was also broken and falling apart and wouldn’t quit blowing hot air so the room got way to hot. staff originally said we would switch rooms then wouldn’t let us. tried to be really respectful/patient because they were busy but the lady at the desk was really rude the whole time

Other than the eggs running out by 7 am, the breakfast was fine, and the hotel in general was fine. Things were a little grungy in corners and behind furniture, but I also know it is under construction.

Pool and hot tub was out of service all three nights. No room service provided, room heat stopped working for more than a day had to switch rooms. No extra towel and other amenities provided when requested. Never staying at the hotel again.
