The service is amazing the people made up for everything that happened before. And tried so much to make our stay amazing. The room on the other hand is not the best there are curtains in one of the windows and we were next to a karaoke and it was very loud. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable The people are super friendly and they went over board to accommodate us. Lovely people

The hotel is in the middle of Old section of the city. There are lots of shops nearby and night market is very close so you can reach there by walking. Room was clean and staffs in the hotel were all very informative, nice and english-fluent. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were greeted immediately in getting out of the taxi!!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, providing lots of local information and support offered at the hotel. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the welcome from the team was personal and lovely, especially as I was travelling solo. I stayed in an Old Quarter Suite and it was perfect. Being in the heart of the Old Quarter the rooms are bijoux but still lovely and my room was at the back so overlooked other buildings but this made it quiet at night. The pool area is tiny but fine for a quick cool off on a hot day. Breakfast is great. The massage at the spa one of the best I’ve ever had. All in all great value, good location and lovely team.

Good hotel overall for our first trip to Hanoi. However, not 5 stars by western standards, funky smell in room which other reviews note, smells damp or mildly. In comparison, some other people we met on our trip had similar or better quality/smelling rooms at hotels marked 3 and 4 star for less than half the price. Also: Everything in this hotel such as food/drink/massage/side trips is very high priced compared to options just outside the front door on the same street.
