Excellent location and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in Hanoi. We had four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were especially impressed with the personal care and attention provided by Katy from reception. She was very helpful throughout the trip. The food and cocktails were all better than we expected . If you want to stay in / close to the Old Quarter, this is a great option. We did the old quarter suite which is at the back of the hotel so slightly quieter. Very convenient and walkable to all areas.

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle.

I've stayed at an incredible number of hotels and this was one of my favs. Amazing staff courteous, friendly, and going out of their way to help. Can't say enough about them. The hotel is cozy, very well appointed,with a comfortably upscale feel. Same for the rooms. The location is perfect for walking Old Town, shopping, spas, and dining. Highly recommended.
