Great hotel in all aspects!

Cant fualt this hotel, massive upgrade from the hotel we stayed in down the road two years ago, in every aspect. All inclusive package with solarium access. Food was 5 star, so much healthy choice on all 3 meals of the day. Would say its the best ive had in all inclusive hotels. Solarium is a must to book prior to travelling, however it is alot more expensive if you upgrade when you are there. No queing for the bar, snacks brought round often, comy loungers and beds on the upper floor also (solarium). Good gym and spa few doors down you can use free as well, inclusing cold plunge and sauna. Rooms were of high standard, very modern and clean. Good powerful showers as well. Good location to Ibiza town and Bossa nightlife. Only slight negative is that the Entertainment was not great, and through the day could do with a bit more atmosphere (after all it is Ibiza) Overall great hotel and would definitely stay again.

Ibiza is a charming island off the coast of Spain and part of the Balearic Islands. Ibiza is well known for its EDM parties, night life, and quaint towns. It attracts lot of youthful visitors from Europe, Middle East, and Americas. Personally I found it a charming place to visit, shop, and dine. The island is very modern. If you’re thinking it’s Jamaica, the Dominican Republic or Cuba, you will be wrong. This is more like Hawaii or Bermuda. The roads, civil infrastructure, buildings, electric grid, and ports are top notch. The Ibiza Twiin Resort: I found the resort to be a mid level all inclusive resort similar to what you’d find in Mexico, the Dominican, or Jamaica. It’s clean, the food is good, people are very kind and helpful. My room was a queen room The neighborhood was safe and suburban. Aside from rev’ing motor bikes at night and the nightly music/shows at the resort, this was a quiet place (as of the end of April). The pool is nice, the outside deck is clean. The furniture was all new and well kept. The facility was modern and attractive. There was little to complain about except one and thing: everything opens later in the morning - including the pool, deck, cafe’s, coffee shop, bars - 100% of the resort is closed until after 8am. My only regret was not renting a car and exploring the natural island beauty more. The Twiins Resort is a solid 3.5 out of 5, a 5 is a luxury hotel like the Ritz

Arrived and had to wait quite a long time to check in. Also, we were told we couldn’t use the indoor pool as a family were staying in the building with the pool in, which we weren’t pre-warned about. Buffett breakfast was a good selection, and location was handy for taxis.

Beautiful property with specious room and good location. Our group was vegetarian so the managers at the restaurants accommodated with our special requests. Staff was very friendly. Only thing was that there was no direct access to the beach area because they locked their gates from inside when they could manage with a security guards. It could be nice to get out directly from the property to the beach rather than waking from side street. Absolutely recommend it to the the family and friends.

Great property right on the beach. The only downside is that they have closed the gate where the pool gives access to the beach, which doesn’t seem to make any sense restaurant breakfast is OK. I would give it seven out of 10 rooms. Very friendly stuff prices very reasonable.

Wonderful short stay

Great location close to airport but on the beach. Made welcome from moment arrived around 4 hours before check in time. Able to use all facilities and all inclusive food and drink before check in and after check out. Great range of food and drink included. Rooms very clean and a good size. Bonus was the evening shows between 21:30 and 22:30.

4th stay friendly staff upgraded room comfortable and stylish there was issue with noise it was like been on top of a night club till 11pm . Although they play music it’s chilled music in background. But my balcony was on top of this I did complain the staff was abrupt and said I had to vacate my room at 10 am in morning . There’s always been an issue when you get single room they supposedly have no view or balcony
