Over wonderful customer service but me and my spouse have stayed there before it’s just this go round was not the best, truly shocked us cause we have never had a problem with them. However, the staff are wonderful no complaints on customer service.

Being from Iuka, I really enjoy supporting local businesses. This hotel makes it convo ent for me to visit my family in town for the weekends. However, I have noticed that many rooms on the 1st floor always feel so humid that papers wilt. It can also get pretty noisy, but I can tolerate that. What’s unacceptable to me is that I have paid for rooms on 3 separate occasions that were not yet cleaned by the time of my check-in. This resorted in being forced to stay in rooms with bed sizes that I specifically didn’t want. Again, this is my biggest complaint about hoe this hotel is managed. It’s happened so much, that I feel the need to micromanage and verify that rooms are clean before my arrival. I suggest you do the same.

The place was clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. Had to change room because door was missing the keeper so it wouldn’t lock when you weren’t there. Only could lock with deadbolt while inside. They changed our room without any hassle & promptly. Very very nice people. The room could use a chair or 2 for relaxing because only had 1 office type chair. Had to sit on bed. TV too high for watching from bed.
