The young lady at the counter was great, I checked into my room and my window shade was broken, I tried calling down to the front desk the phone was constantly busy, so I had to go down to the front desk, they moved me to a room next door and that room had a hole in the ceiling, the tub did not drain well and there was so many scuff marks on the wall it looked dirty. There was a leak or something in the elevator someone later put a wet floor sign down and when I check out of my room on Sunday my rental car had a flat tire (don’t think that was the hotels fault)

Welcome to Houston I guess

There was a multi-floor party in the hotel. Kids from 10-16 running all over the hotel, banging on doors and apparently having a great time. Tried to call the lobby, phone didn't work. Went down to the lobby and there's 20 young adults having a great LOUD time with no staff in sight.
