With its upside down layout, the first floor accommodation comprises of entrance hall, bright and spacious living and dining area, with access to the lovely balcony with sea views, a well-equipped kitchen and utility area and guest WC.



Stairs lead to the lower level with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin room with en-suite shower room. Both rooms enjoy garden access through patio doors. The house is ideal for couples or a family.



A cot and high chair are available upon request and a stair gate is available for toddlers/infants. There are dual air conditioning / heating units in the bedrooms, living room and dining room and there is easy on-street parking to the front of the property.



The house is within easy walking distance of the striking clifftops of Vale da Lapa. Within a 15 minute walk of the house there are a few restaurants, coffee shops and mini market. The popular seaside town of Carvoeiro is just a 5 minute drive. Another short 5 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. Both towns are ideal for family holidays, with many options for international restaurants, cafes and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Carvoeiro Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from local beaches. During the summer months (June – September), Carvoeiro square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous you can choose from an abundance of water sports, tennis, hiking, golf, scuba diving, theme / water parks and so much more.
