Room was terrible not as expected. Looks like we booked a room in our 90’s Beds were not tidy looks like just did a favour of giving a room. Coffee maker was just a kettle which we did not even touch looked very ugly We checked out ASAP. Wouldn’t recommend sorry

The breakfast was a highlight, we arrived late so didn't use the room much. The doors seemed to close with a slam sometimes so we heard people leaving their rooms. Otherwise everything was great. Really loved the breakfast compared to other similar chains. Great tasting coffee, dairy alternatives provided, really nice. Location was great and would stay again.

The shower room was bizarre, like a caravan shower. We stayed because we were doing the Otley Run and it was a taxi to the start. Staff were great and check in was a breeze! We got to go to our rooms straight away when we got there at 11am which was fantastic!

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was fab with a great selection to chose from, the only thing that let it down was the vegetarian sausage and would recommend changing this. The room was also very clean and practical however the bed was very uncomfortable and nethier me or my partner got a good nights sleep, the matress was thin and felt lumpy so would recommend updating to a more comfortable mattress. This was the only thing that let our stay down but overall we had a pleasant stay.
