Check in was quick and easy. Although Expedia did not disclose the nightly parking fee I did know about it before hand from reviews. There is a sign at the front desk and the girl checking me in did remind me so that was nice. There is a $50/room deposit fee for liability that I also didn’t know about but it was no big deal. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our party. Breakfast was served the following morning and they kept up with food so I have nothing to complain about there. Glad to stay here! Convenient for interstate access and not far from the airport. Overall a great stay!

It was just ok. There were no real blinds in the room so the room was very bright at night. The lady we checked in with was very unfriendly. But the lady the next morning was very sweet! Great breakfast!

Overall- our stay was good however we had young children on our floor running up and down yelling and screaming around midnight. The Express breakfast was good but quantity was sparse. We would stay here again .

Over charged regardless of seeing that the room was paid in full through Expedia. Charged my Partner’s card for the room ans incidental hold and then at 2am we got a notification of another charge. We ended up leaving at 2:13am to head home because dispite having $500 the lady working the front desk at 2am said they would have the manager ‘email’ us when she got in. Worst customer service experience ever. Will not return to this hotel. They seem like scam artists.

We showed up and the desk clerk said my card was declined. I even showed them my receipt showing that my stay was paid in full and he said that he needed payment. Dispite showing him my bank statement reflecting that my room was paid for, he asked for a different form of payment. My partner gave his card and then at 2am we were woke up to alert saying that they charged another $80 on top of the room fee and incidental hold. We left at 2:13am.

Terrible breakfast - out of most things. Complained to front desk attendant and she barely acknowledged my presence. I asked her if she was the manager and she said she was at that time. I asked her if she was going to do something about this and she muttered something like "uh-huh." I didn't see her do anything about it. The breakfast attendant appeared to have NO sense of urgency whatsoever. Other people were also not happy about this. I did escalate to the real manager and he told me the breakfast attendant was trying to restock after a busy time, but I didn't see much of that happening, kind of a lame response. Also, that didn't help us much, especially since we ended up having to go out for breakfast for 4 people. Will not stay here again, gives Holiday Inn a bad name. Don't recommend.
