The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable and loud. The couch was close to the kitchen and the fridge was very loud and made a continuous clicking sound all night which made it very hard to sleep. There were also a multitude of teenage sports teams staying on our floor running up and down the halls and screaming until late hours of the night making it impossible for my toddler to sleep. The staff were very friendly, and the pool was nice. We felt a bit off put by how intense borrowing the pool towels was as if we were going to steal them. One thing that was not acceptable in my opinion was that I was expecting to be able to have a crib brought to my room as stated on the booking, but they only brought me a pack and play. My daughter grew out of pack and plays a year ago so I had to figure out a different way for her to sleep safely for the two nights we were there. This was very inconvenient. If you are going to only offer a pack and play, then you should state that on your site as it's false advertising.
