Do not stay here!!!

tiny room and bed. Terrible service. They have a late check out charge. When we asked to finish packing and that we would be done in 5 mins. They told us to not rush and leave our time. We then were over the 11am deadline and they charged us. Just terrible customer service.

Great choice budget hotel

Very new and clean, great value, near to public transport. Only downside was that our top floor room meant we had many stairs to climb, but at least that kept us fit.

Rooms were very small but clean and ideal for a nights stay. Only negative was the doors didnt shut easily and we were woken up a number of times by doors slamming and even heard things being dropped. Also the cleaners knocked on door at 9am asking when we were checking out, even though checkout was 11am, luckily we were awake!

This hotel is a darling spot, in a great neighborhood. Very close to the underground & many wonderful restaurants!

Location is convenient, facilities are well maintained and clean. I really like that it has a coffee machine in lobby. The room is not big and it will be hard to clime stairs if you have big size luggage as there are no lifts. Overall experience is good.

Great hotel near Earl's Court

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, our room was nice and comfortable. The water station & free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. We had stayed in several hotels in the area previously and probably liked Brit the most - will be back.

Fab Hotel!

This is my 2nd stay at Brit Hotel in a couple of weeks, & its very good! Easy to reach via Earls Court Road tube, the area is safe & has lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. The Brit Hotel is lovely and clean, comfortable & has gorgeous stylish decor. Staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Tea & Coffee & water is available 24/7, however the Hotel does not offer breakfast which may not suit everyone, & therefore the reason the hotel is so affordable in a pricy area. I would certainly stay again

I had problems with our reservation. We traveled for over 11 hours and got to the hotel early and they gave us problems with checking.. they told us that our reservation payment had not gone through. We waited two hours in the lobby and Expedia and the hotel couldn’t solve the problem. I had to make several phone calls and insist that I’m going to pay out of my pocket again. Then Expedia was able to provide a refund.
