The property appears to have been recently renovated. The building houses other businesses, including a nightclub that provided pounding bass through the walls late into the night. The hotel is in the middle of a mix of warehouses and residential, and there is no food within walking, or even an inexpensive car service, distance.

My stay was phenomenal i stayed 4-4-25 until 4-7-25 the staff was very nice. I give Jeremy a 1000 stars he went above and beyond for me. Every time i walk pass the desk he check in to see if i needed anything he also let me use a vacuum for my vacuum seal bag he bought it to me which was so niceee i even needed tape he bought that up to my Room as well overall ill say really great location convenient 20 mins from time square with no traffic bus route right outside of hotel very convenient. I will be coming back to this hotel. It even had a buffet inside roof top bar , fitness center and kids play area! Definitely get your money worth and extra for your stay.
