We loved this place. Tabletennis, Pool, Darts Board games, wood-fired pizza oven. BBQ free breakfast. Very much a lodge not a five star hotel. We loved it and so close to Picton. CBD and the Ferry.

We arrived late from the Wellington Ferry, but the parking and instructions were clear. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with the added benefit of a complimentary breakfasts including freshly home made scones. The kitchen and shared areas were well appointed and very homely. Have stayed here twice in the last few years and it’s great. Very handy to catch the ferry in the morning. Need to catch the 9.30am Interislander sailing though rather than the 8.30am Bluebridge one so you can have the freshly baked scones for breakfast. Such a nice touch to end our stay on. Spa was great too at the end of the day overlooking the harbour. Super clean and lovely chilled vibes. Can be a bit creepy driving past the cemetery at night and seeing some of the decor, but if you can see past it, the place is really nice.

This location is like a "do it yourself" B&B. Scones (biscuits for Americans), toast, and fruit are offered for breakfast. Other than that, you can cook your own food in the kitchen. There's a refrigerator for your food - make sure you label it. You'll clean your own dishes after eating. The room was nice and clean, tho small for four people.
