Amazing place, nice cozy cabins, saunas and very special! The service was very confused to say the least, needed to ask for towels for the saunas 3 times, got the wine over me, food in the knee etc. Probably off season issues as we stayed mid- November. The service in the whisky bar was fantastic, the 2 younger women made every evening special with a wealth of experience and passion. Keep them at all costs.

Great location and Pods were very good, only issue was the staff member that was on when we checked in did not know how the EV chargers worked and could not find the fob. This meant we were unable to charge our vehicle overnight. More training need for the team.

Staff was wonderful- especially at the restaurant! Space was unique and such an experience. Enjoyed the amenities and small touches- Scottish chocolates with the Nespresso machine, say no more. Recommend and would return!

The breakfast was very good!!! We also had dinner reservations and it was also very good. Everyone there was very friendly and the service was amazing. The pillow was a bit flat and the bed a bit small but overall really enjoyed the pod type of hotel. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The bedside lamp was not functioning, and upon inspection, I discovered that the issue was due to a missing bulb. Additionally, the shower area has poor drainage — water drains very slowly, causing a puddle to form during use. Our room was located in one of the furthest cabins from the reception building. When we requested porter service to assist us to our room, the receptionist informed us that the porter had already finished his shift. However, according to the briefing sheet, porter service is available until 9:30 p.m., while we were told the porter ended his shift at 8:00 p.m. This inconsistency was quite disappointing.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were cozy but immaculate and quiet. Offerings of free use of the saunas and an included breakfast made our stay exceptional. Dinner at the restaurant located on site was incredible. Would absolutely recommend a stay here if looking to splurge a little while on Skye

Friendly staff, excellent service. Food was delicious. Robust breakfast menu and exactly what was need before a morning hike. Very close to all main points of interest on Skyr. Hope to be back some day.

A beautiful hotel and area. Cool hut rooms, small but cozy. The sauna and cold plunge is a nice addition to the experience. Our bathroom had a musty smell. They moved us to a different room. The onsite bar and restaurant was great. Nothing else around within walking distance.

We loved our stay here! The beds were comfortable, the property beautiful and the staff were top notch. We loved Imogen she was fantastic, she wanted to chat and engage with us, had great recommendations for things to see and do while on Skye. She was a great bartender, and was just really personable. The cabins are lovely, and don't let the gravel walks to your cabin scare you away from this one, they have a porter to help get the bags to the cabin. 10 out of 10 for Bracken hide.
