We stayed at the Tru Hilton in Lehi Utah and our comforter was visibly dirty, the bathtub and shower were covered in dirt. I ran my finger across it once and my finger was filthy. Old black footprints and long black hairs all over the soap dispensers. Also, since when does paying full price for 2 nights at a hotel NOT include WiFi?? They literally make you pay for wifi even as a guest with a room key. AND we got there AFTER 11:30pm, and there was an actual party going on in the lobby that we could hear all the way outside and up in our room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately won’t be coming here anymore, and won’t be recommending to anyone.

Shades were broke so we had no privacy and the light coming in from the Chevrolet dealership, electronic billboard, and expressway. No GM onsight to discuss the issue and they could not move us to a different room because they were fully booked. We had been driving since 6 am arriving at the hotel about 7 or 8 pm. We took showers and then found the shade electric shade didn’t work. The hotel was also dirty with stained sheets, some type of reddish brown splatter on the wall in the bathroom and shampoo/soap dispensers had black stuff around the dispensing end. We will not stay at any Hilton property again. No acceptable remedy by from counter staff and no GM to discuss. In fact the front counter person wasn’t even sure when the GM would be available to speak with. The worst customer service with a hotel that I’ve experienced in my almost 60 years on this planet.

This property was clean and modern. Needs were comfortable. Bathroom was small, but enough room and the sink space was good. There was plenty of places to put your luggage, which was nice. No microwave in the room, but one is in the lobby and that was fine with us. Mini fridge was in room and that's what we needed most. We'd stay here again.

No Microwave, tiny fridge-be aware

The staff was very friendly. There was no microwave which we are used to having one and that was a major negative. The refrigerator was tiny. The room was super small. The floor was filthy, we wiped up a spill and the towel was black afterwards. There was high wind during our stay, we were on the 5th floor and we could feel the building moving. The breakfast was pretty good.

When I arrived, the man at the front desk was friendly. The place was fine... In all honesty, knowing the difference between staying here, verses across the freeway at the Hilton Garden Inn, I should have spent the extra $20 to stay at the other that has no free buffet. The Tru Hotel buffet was terrible. The juice and coffee were so diluted they both tasted like water. Also no plates to eat off of. And, it was not because they had plates earlier and ran out... Breakfast is served from 7:00 - 10:00 on the weekend. I was down there by 7:15. I've stayed at the Microtel in Springville, UT as well as the Days Inn in Provo, UT. They had a 100 times better breakfast. Seems to me because of the pool table and open hang out near the front desk the draw is for family. The pool.. hot tub was full of obnoxious teenagers. Not a place to go and relax or enjoy a book. I won't be back. I don't love that there's no coffee maker in the room either. In Lehi I will only stay at The Hilton Garden Inn or The Hyatt by the Outlets. If you want an outdoor pool area and a delicious breakfast, I recommend the Hyatt.
