I travelled with my two children for the school holidays. 2 of us ended up getting influenza A, this room was a blessing as my 8 year old had a great time even though he was stuck inside for 4 days. We got the room with a natural hot pool in the backyard, and between that and the wifi he was able to still have a great time 😂 I also mucked up our check out day and accidently did it a day earlier than what I thought. The staff were accomodating and were able to let us stay in our room for an extra night even though they were very full.

Our room was great (Premium 2bedroom) lovely sunroom and private courtyard. Great full size fridge in kitchen etc nice bathrooms. Unfortunately the kids were a little disappointed as the main pool was far too hot to even put our feet in, let alone swim.but staff did go to investigate straight away when reported, however still too hot the next day.

We love staying here. The rooms are large and we love having our own pool. Love the upgrades since we last stayed. If anything, would recommend ear plugs as we could hear our enighbours kids running up and down the stairs chasing each other.

The property was fine, and met it's purpose. Very dirty, there were rubbish left by the last people who left the room, e.g. lolly wrapper left on the floor. The cleaners need to clean under things, not just around things.

Our netball team stayed for 1 night and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, modern and clean the rooms were. The beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a big brekky in the morning. The bathrooms were spotless and had nice free products. We enjoyed the private spa out on the back deck and used the outdoor pool. Looks like some new renovations are underway, so this place will only look better in the future. Great price to stay here, we will definitely stay again.

Great little hotel!

We were in a 2 bed and 2 bath unit for two couples. The unit was great and the service was great! Unit had a hot tub/spa pool which we used. Water was clean and hot. Everything worked and the bathrooms were recently remodeled. Everything was close by if you are visiting to see the sights. Thanks for the great stay!

LOVED the private spa and comfy room.

We picked this place solely because it had a private spa (not a spa bath but an actual spa pool with jets), and it did not disappoint. The room was great, too. We didn't expect to get two full bathrooms, which was amazing. The upstairs room was a decent size and great for the kids to have their space. The fridge was a bit small for all that we took, but we probably over-packed our chilly bin for the 3 nights. The staff were friendly, and it was great getting fresh towels every day. The beds were really comfortable. The TV had all the channels and functions we could want. The heat pump was also great at keeping us warm during the cold nights. The spa pool was amazing. So warm and private, and the jets worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again.
